As George departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy George leaves behind.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Flora; his children, Christina (Denis) and Robert (Rita); and his grandchildren, Michael, Stephanie (Tyler), Alexia, Joshua and Cassandra.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home 'Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N 1X7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church (1 Brookhaven Dr, North York, ON M6M4N6).
