He is survived by : his children, Robert Lovett (Angela), Walter Vernon Blevins Jr. (Renee), Donald Blevins, Nancy Blevins, Bobbie Richards (Robert), Patricia Reichman (Tim) and Wanda Lou Blevins; and his grandchildren, Lisa Anderson, Melissa York, Corey Edwards, Daniel Ritchie, Jessica Reddell, Robert Richards III, Jacee Nuckols, Morgan Ford, Joseph Reichman, Dakota Reichman, Nicholas Amstutz, Nathaniel Amstutz, Brooklyn Amstutz, Brandon Lovett, Austin Lovett, Jennifer Blevins, Shelly Adams, Derek Blevins, Jerry Donaldson, Jr., Kimberly Donaldson, Julia Donaldson, Heather Donaldson, Abrea Davis, Susie Davis, Elizabeth Davis, Dena Blevins, Jeffery Lewis, Misty Blevins and Marshall Blevins. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lemley Chapel. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
