It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thao Duc Phan (San Jose, California), who passed away on May 14, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Thao Duc's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. Visitation was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Chapel of the Oak. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park (300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125).
