She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joseph Carini and Fernanda Carini; her husband Matthew Podbielski; her daughters, Jean Marie Kerch (Chad) and Renee Podbielski; and her siblings, Nancy Carini-Perrigo (Dale), Daniel Carini (Joan) and Joseph Carini. She was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (38 Cathedral Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
