He is survived by : his wife Libbie Petrzelka; his sons, Dan Dolezal (Val) and David Dolezal (Heidi) of Marion, Seven; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Potts (Ben), Katie Glunt (Adam), Mackenzie Degen (Grant), Catherine Dolezal (Wes), Greyson, Dylan Dolezal and Jessi Dolezal. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking for a donation to the Cedar Valley Humane Shelter.
