She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Horn and Gertrude Van Horn (Greaves); her daughter Stacy; and her siblings, Ron, Dennis and Gloria Hamilton (Terry).
She is survived by : her children, Paula Clausen (Tim) of Clinton, Ryan Wisor (Amy) of Clinton, Sylvia Duhr (Mark) of Clinton, Rhonda Kearns (Brian) of Clinton and Clint Andresen (Keitha) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Chyna, Zach, Evan, Bryce, Rylee, Chloe and Charlee; her great grandchildren, Vincent, Jack and Van; her siblings, David Van Horn (Shelba), Kathy Kustes (John) and Myrna Stoltenburg (Ned); and her sisters-in-law, Mary May and Linda May. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
