He is survived by : his wife Diana Seavey (Hanna); his daughter Julie Hanson; his granddaughters, Morgan Hanson and Reagan Hanson; his great grandchild Abel De Jesus; and his siblings, Jack Booker, David Seavey (Sharon) and Judy Seavey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
