She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Horace E. Brickner and Vivian L. Brickner of Decorah, Iowa.; her son Jay (Yevette Rucker); her granddaughters, Nita (Stacie Winchell), Kaya (Wade Crowe) and Jenna Nuehring (James); her great grandchildren, Josie, Kiara and Avery; her daughter Christy Hay (John); her granddaughter Anna Collins (Gregory); her great grandchildren, Lorelei Oetker and Erika Collins; and her sister-in-law Audrey Brickner. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
