He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold McIntosh and Bernice McIntosh (Schave); his wife Beverly Rowe; his siblings, Robert McIntosh and Vera Hovey; and his son-in-law James Odom Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Theresa Odom of Dan Zitterich, S. O. and Keith McIntosh (Angie) of Harmony, MN..

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Helms Funeral Home (306 E Water St, Decorah, IA 52101). Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
