He is survived by : his significant other Patricia Kehoe; his siblings, James Hanson of Iowa City, Jay Hanson (Mary) of La Jolla, Cynthia Rushing (Don) of La Jolla, Elaine Hanson (Bruce Robbins) of San Diego and Robert Hanson (Ann); and his kitty named Lucy.
