She is survived by : her children, Dan Houselog (Joan) of Peosta, IA, Rick Houselog (Carol) of Phoenix, AZ, Randy Houselog (Nancy) of Dubuque, IA and Tina Gau (Chris) of Asbury, IA.; her children-in-law, Debbie Houselog of Dubuque, IA and Dan Hefel of Guttenburg, IA.; her grandchildren, Barbie Trautwein (Harry) of Dubuque, IA, Jessica Houselog of Dubuque, IA, Emmy Hinton (Rob) of Peosta, IA, Cassie Boyce (John) of Phoenix, AZ, Ryne Houselog of Phoenix, AZ, Jesse Hefel (Jenna) of Guttenburg, IA, Josh Gau (Maddie) of Dubuque, IA and Luke Gau (Cassie) of Dubuque, IA.; her great grandchildren, Jason, Romy, Cali and Lincoln; her great great grandchild Bella; her niece JoAnn Mahoney; and her sisters-in-law, Theresa Houselog and Gert Houselog.

A wake was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:45 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (2001 St Joseph St, Dubuque, IA 52001).
