With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ralph Marsh of Elliott, Iowa, born in Red Oak, Iowa, who passed away on May 13, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid James Ralph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For James Ralph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Milburn "Mel" Marsh and V. Marie Marsh (Mullen); and his brother Jon Marsh. He is survived by : his wife Norma; his daughters, Amy Muse (Jared) of Glenwood, IA and Ann Ross (Matthew) of Red Oak; and his grandchildren, Alexander Ross, SGT Zachary Ross, Xavier Ross of Red Oak and Brie Ross of Red Oak.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Elliott United Church of Hope (201 Linden St, Elliott, IA 51532). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the United Church of Hope in Elliott, IA. (201 Linden St, Elliott, IA 51532).
