With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Arlene Mary Ann Zacharias of Persia, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Arlene Mary Ann left this world on May 14, 2024 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Goeser and Marie Goeser (Patten); her husband Herman Zacharias; and her brothers, Marvin, Gary and Allen.

She is survived by : her sisters, Theresa Holtz (Denny) of Walnut, IA and Karen Hess of Dunlap, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other family members and many friends.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home - Harlan (1304 9th St, Harlan, IA 51537).
