We bid farewell to Marvin Lee Bailey of Iowa City, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 4, 2024 at the age of 87. Marvin Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Marvin Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvin Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Bailey and Millie Bailey; and his son Randy. He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Clark; his daughters, Regenia and Reva (Jon); his grandsons, Zachary, Sam and Spencer; and his daughter-in-law Laura.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the The Kirkwood Room (515 Kirkwood Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240).

Memorial donations can be directed to the American Diabetes Association or in support of the University of Iowa Wrestling Development Fund in care of the University of Iowa Center for Advancement.
