She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard C. "Rick" Leslein (Gertrude) and Eleanor "Norann" Michaels; her grandparents, Richard A. "Dick" and Gertrude M. "Gert" Leslein; and her mother-in-law Norma J. Schick.

She is survived by : her husband William Schick of Maquoketa, IA; and her children, Christian Leslein (Sasha) of Maquoketa, IA, Dylan Schick (Miranda Blackburn) of Maquoketa, IA and Cheyanne Pierce (Jasen Johnson) of Argyle, WI.
