She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Teeling and Christine Teeling (Tovey); her husband Dan; and her siblings, Edward Teeling and Frances Fahey (Keith).

She is survived by : her great grandchild Elyn Kronemeyer (Jeff) of Southampton, NY; her children, Daniela, Olivia, Tim Welsh (Nida) of Bangkok, Sarina, Sasha, Julian, Kevin Welsh (Teri) of Waukon, Chelsea, Brennan, Corey, Ciara, Joseph Welsh (Darcy) of Waukon, Matt, Leah, Mark, Carol Bakkum (Keith) of Cape Coral, FL, Chad, Jason, Callen, Shawn Welsh (Mickie) of Buffalo, WY, Daniel, Colin, Maria Mathis (Jay) of Waukon, Kara, Katie, Kristin, Patrick Welsh (Geralyn) of Menominee Falls, Paige, Carter, Nicole and Ryan; and her sisters, Mary Louise Mellick (Tom) of Waukon and Sheila Link (Bill) of Chicago, IL.. She is also survived by her eight children, 24 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Grau Funeral Home (202 Allamakee St NW, Waukon, IA 52172). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (101 2nd St SW, Waukon, IA 52172).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Patrick Catholic School Waukon, Veterans Memorial Hospital, and Good Samaritan Society Waukon.
