He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Scherp and Roy Scherp; and his brothers, Ken Scherp (Betty) and Bob Scherp. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth J; his children, Debbie Stanger, Larry Scherp, Lisa Wasinski (Mark), Michael Scherp and John Scherp (Kate); and his sibling Jackie Henry (Tom). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
