He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph O'Keefe and Hazel O'Keefe; and his siblings, Lawrence O'Keefe (late Marion), Ann Nieminski (late Henry), Mary Pongetti (late Vincent), Catherine McGowan (late Robert), Joseph O'Keefe (late Theresa) and Patrick O'Keefe.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia O'Keefe (Tepper); his sons, Dennis Sutkowski (Cheryl), Corey Jenicek (Justin) and Timothy O'Keefe (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Quinn, Lincoln Jenicek, Ava, Brayden and Logan O'Keefe.
