He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Washburn and Joanne Washburn; and his wife Patricia Runde. He is survived by : his children, Dani Kelly (Christina) of Georgia, Shannon Richardson (Dale), Staci and Cory McVay; his close friend Cathy McVay of Dubuque, IA; and his brother Harry Washburn of Champaign, IL.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, facemasks are required along with social distancing, and no more than (10) people are allowed in the funeral home at one time.
