He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Osborn and Hazel Osborn; and his siblings, Agnes and Charles (Frances). He is survived by : his brothers, Roger, James and Fred; his daughter Beverly Shepard (Douglas) of Billings, MT; and also Agnes.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (4119 Clevenger Ave, Billings, MT 59101). Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the VFW Post #6774 (637 Anchor Ave, Billings, MT 59105). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Yellowstone National Cemetery (55 Buffalo Trail Rd, Laurel, MT 59044).

The family does ask instead of flowers a donation would be better. Donations can go to his daughter, Compasses Hospice, or the VFW in Ricks name.
