He is survived by : his wife Teresa Johnson; his children, Kayla Hubbard (Eric), Lisa Johnson (Kade Hanson) and Jackson Johnson; his mother Rosie Campbell; his sisters, Mary Noyes (Dan), Sherry Madden, Carol (Mark Simonsen) and Tammy Rogers; and his grandchildren, Tessa Hubbard, McKynley Hubbard, Kayson Hanson and Andrew Hanson.
