He is survived by : his wife Dolores Fredericksen; his stepchildren, Linda Brousseau, Jim Madison and Mike Madison; and his siblings, Patsy Garr, Larry Fredericksen and Randall Fredericksen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
