It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Smith of Plentywood, Montana, born in Williston, North Dakota, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Severin and Betty. She is survived by : her husband Gary Smith; her children, Yvonne Storlie (Bert) and Scott Smith (Tracie); her siblings, Sylvan Carlson (Young), Richard (Kathy), Dean, Ronnie Carlson and Carol Danielson; and her grandchildren, Heath Crawford (Amelia), Kayleen Charbonnet (Matt), Janessa Geyerman (John), Alexis Storlie-Knutson (Austin) and Shelby Barsh (Joe). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Volmer Lutheran Church.
