The world bids farewell to James Bighorn of Poplar, Montana, departing on May 12, 2024 at the age of 66. James leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence Mae Weinberger (Bighorn) and Ernest Clark Bighorn, Sr.; his grandparents, Maurice, Alda Bighorn, George and Ida Weinberger; his brother George Bighorn; his extended family, Youpee, Lambert, Crow Belt, Baker and Martell; his grandfather Jim; and his grandson Keilen.

He is survived by : his former life partner Feryl Greufe; his son Luke Bighorn; his grandson Dane Bighorn; his siblings, Ernie Bighorn, Jackie Small, Crystal Bighorn, Sybil Erickson and Alda Bighorn; and also, Maebelle Archambeau, Keith, Sunee Erickson, Iva, Ron Harris, Ernie Bighorn, Alda Bighorn, Sybil Bighorn, Jackie and Clinton Small. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

A prayer was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church (6091 Route 134, Poplar, MT 59255). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
