He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver Patrick and Edna Scouten; and his son Mark Scouten. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Scouten; his son Carl R. Scouten (Lisa); his grandchildren, Carl M. Scouten (Lindsey), Paul Scouten (Danna), Mary Tamburri (Michael) and Andrew Scouten; and his great grandchild Christopher.
