She was predeceased by : her parents, Nicanor Vasquez and Rita Paniagua; and her siblings, Jose Nicasio, Evangelina Castañeda, Katalin Vasquez and Maria Dominga Paz.

She is survived by : her siblings, Antonio Vasquez, Candida Vasquez and Christina Guffey (Bustamante).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - Americas (9521 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907). A rosary was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the San Elceario Catholic Church (1556 San Elizario Rd, San Elizario, TX 79849). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the San Elizario Cemetery (801 Thompson Rd, San Elizario, TX 79849).
