He is survived by: his wife Vivian Kay Brown; and his children, David (late Lafonda), Vickie Parker (late David), Central Valley, Julie Cope (John), Connie Hayes (Keith), Paul Youngkin, Austin and Dennis Youngkin (Lisa). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and sister.
