He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Ballow and Venice Ballow; and his children, Tammy Ballow, Kimberly Ballow, John Ballow, Malarie Morgan and Skyler Newton.
He is survived by : his wife Rose Ballow; and his children, Christy Ballow, Cindy Allan, Vicky Redmond (Jim) and Cory Salisbury (Carla).
