He was predeceased by : his parents, Scott Boyter and Jenny Roberts Boyter. He is survived by : his daughter Amber Dawn Balaszi (Ryan); his stepson Hutch Frederickison (Morgan); his grandchildren, Haley, Mark Jr., Chase, Kassadi, Carter, Conar, Chloe, Ava and Quentin; his siblings, Nola Jean, Shirley Faye, Bob, Alex and Brad; and also Survando (Sir Mando).
