He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Burt and Marion Burt; his siblings, Kay Platt, Jan Rodriquez, Jerri Hare and Richard Burt; and his sons-in-law, Rory Collins and Jacob Karns.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Carol Hunsaker of Richfield; and his children, Donald of Richfield, Kerry Burt of Richfield, Jamie of Richfield, Quentin Lagasee of Richfield, LoReta of Richfield, Scott Karns of Richfield, Tamra, Brian Robinson of Milford, Jackie and Robert Haight of Payson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
