He was predeceased by: his children, Barbie Hegenbart and Richard Crooks; and his parents, Lillian Gerlitz and William Robert Douglas Crooks. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jonelle Crooks, Kasey Crooks and Jennifer Savery; his daughter-in-law Bev Pretty; and his friends, Marian McBeth, Rod, Alison Verity, Hank and Helen Murzyn.
