He was predeceased by: his daughter Velaine; and his brother Blaine. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Burk (Phil), Cheryl Brandford (Bryan) and Tammie Rhodes (Jeff); his grandchildren, Breighanne, Kirby, Bryce and Shealeigh; and his siblings, Jean, Elmer and Barry (Tannis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
