He was predeceased by: his parents, Linn and Ruth; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his children, David (Deb) of St Albert, AB, Andrew (Corinne) of Chalk River, ON and Sharon (Morris) of Elkford, BC. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
