She was predeceased by: her mother Ann Nancy Ferguson Cameron; and her brother Delbert Craig Hyde. She is survived by: her sister Beverley Whitney of Mayne Island; her sibling's children, Dani Whitney and Justin Whitney; her husband Kelly Cameron McDonnell; her children, Brandi McDonnell, Rhiannon, Karyna, Atticus Taylor and Kole McDonnell; her grandchildren, Keelan Slinn and Kaylee Slinn-McDonnell; her daughter Shonna White (Jason); and her grandchildren, Morgan and Connor White.
Should you wish, instead of condolences with flowers Karen would have been very happy to for you to make a donation to your favourite charities, or the ones close to her heart such a AARC Animal Rescue, any humane society or the Women's Shelter.
