He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Kupsa. He is survived by: his wife Carolynn; his children, Zachary and Meghan; his father Barry; his brother Robert (Sarah); and his nieces and nephews, Kayley, Maddie and Auntie Barb. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
