He was predeceased by : his mother Dixie Kupsa. He is survived by : his wife Carolynn; his children, Zachary and Meghan; his father Barry; his brother Robert (Sarah); and his nieces and nephews, Kayley, Maddie and Auntie Barb. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Due to the unexpected passing of Kerry, in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to an Education Fund that was set up to assist with educational expenses for Zachary and Meghan.
