He was predeceased by: his mother Isabel Tait; and his sister-in-law Pearl Tait. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Tait (Tim Dow); his grandchildren, Christian, Timothy, Haylee and Alyssa; his children, Michael Tait (Jill Yan) and Marissa Tait (Jaimie Palmer); his grandchildren, Layla, Jaxon and Penny; his close friend Brenda Tait; his father William Tait; his siblings, Margaret Wirachowsky (Wayne), Wilson Tait and George Tait; and his half-brother Peter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
