He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bruce Stubbington. He is survived by: his parents, Adrian Dzikowski and Kara Dzikowski; his grandparents, Sally Stubbington, Andrew and Krystyna Dzikowski; his uncles, Lisa, Steve Logan, Heather and Paul Fullerton; and his cousins, Adam, Katie Fullerton, Amanda, Ryan Myette, Alex, Michele Fullerton and Max Logan.
