He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Barbara; and his son Dale. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Daniel and Bobbi-Jo; and his grandson Dalon. He is also survived by four sisters and one brother, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
