She was predeceased by : her husband Edward Halwas; her parents, Matilda Ziprick and Michael Ziprick; her siblings, Clara Honke, John Ziprick, Herbert Ziprick, Norman Cipryk and Willma Saunders; her brothers-in-law, Fred Honke and Donald Saunders; and her sons, Harvey and Gordon.
She is survived by : her siblings, Helen, Matilda and Michael; her grandchildren, Clinton, Clayton, Brittany Halwas (Conor Ganly), Jan DuMontier, Lynn (Jemahl Zanidean) and Samuel Morgan (Janell); her daughter-in-law Heather Halwas of Winnipeg, MB; her grandchildren, Kirk Halwas (Karen), Andrea (Chad Larsen) and Kimberley (Jace Mynott); and her sisters-in-law, Emily Bauer of Roblin, MB, Cynthia Halwas of Russell, MB., Alvina Halwas of Russell, MB. and Verna Ziprick of Russell, MB.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
