He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chamulke and Eloise Chamulke. He is survived by: his wife Adeline; his daughter Courtney Thompson (Jeremy); his grandchild Pierce; his daughter Lindsey Chamulke; and his brothers, Benjamin (Arlene) and Gordon (Gail). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the "Alberta Diabetes Foundation" or the "Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.".
