He is survived by: his sons, John (Allayne) and Ronald (Terri); his grandchildren, Kassandra, Braden, Merrick, Tyler (Karlie), Jason (Sophie), Zack (Kari) and Kirk (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Ezrik, Zavier, Ryelle, Lexie, Rafael, Avery, Leia, Logan, Kesler, Devon and Beckham; and his siblings, Mark Hage, Scott Hage and Terry Holmes (Leroy).
