She was predeceased by: her husband Nickolas; and her parents, Peter Chilak and Mary Chilak. She is survived by: her children, Anna (Gordon) and David (Cathy); her grandchildren, Sabrina (Collin), Nicholas (Melissa), Jeffrey (Dawnia) and Michael; her great grandchildren, Alexis and Owen; and her sisters, Katherine Nelson and Mary Kowalchuk.
