He is survived by: his wife Donna Costa; his children, Samantha (Sheldon) and Eric; his brother Joquim Costa (family: Maria Afonso, Alberta); his mother-in-law Mary Lebid; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Lebid, Joanne Niederhaus (Dwayne), Linda Baert and Patricia Lebid. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
