He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Konior and Julia Konior; his siblings, Tillie Konior, Mike Konior, Blanche Tarabula and Mary Webb; and his nephew Gerald Webb.

He is survived by : his wife Edna; his nephew Stan Tarabula; his nieces, Shirley Mathewson (Garry) and Linda Morton (Rick); his cousins, Teresa, Ed Bednarczyk, Paul, Ania Bednarczyk, Peter, Anna Bednarczyk and Patrick Bednarczyk; his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann, Walter Bulas, Joe Lupiezowiec and Agnes Lupiezowiec; his nieces and nephews, Linda Wolak (Marion), Sue Van Rompaey (John), Ray Bulas (Debbie), Brian Bulas (Louise), Paula Patry (Dean) and Cindy Gallant; and also Ruth Webb.
