He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keith and Laura Keith; and his brothers, James, Bill and John.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kulikowski (Grace); his children, Darren (Correna) and Corrie (Gordon); his grandchildren, Dasan Sydora (Anastasia), Jessica Maskoske (Shaun) and Levi Brlekovich (Cassandra); his great grandchild Gracelynn Brlekovich; and his sisters, MaryAnn Walker (Charlie Cardinal), Carol Underwood and Priscilla Keith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
