We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 68, Lorraine Zahara of Athabasca, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Sam Zahara; and her brother Raymond Zahara. She is survived by: her mother Jennie Zahara; her son Kevin Zahara (Kristie) of Edson; her siblings, Bernice Christenson, Lawrence Zahara (Gloria) of Athabasca and Tom Zahara (Brenda) of Athabasca; and her granddaughter Keira Gomuwka of Edson.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a small family gathering with close friends was held at the Richmond Park Cemetery on Friday, October 16th at 11 am.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #103 in Athabasca or any local Legion Branch of your choice.
