He is survived by: his children, Mike (Carrie), Jodi (Ryan), Donny (Krista), Lyndsey (Bryan), Mandy (Chaston) and Lee; and his grandchildren, Lucas (Josee), Jake (Jamie), Hailey, Steele, Karley, Carson, Graison, Gage, Tye and Stetson.
