With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Steve Golanski (Athabasca, Alberta), who passed away on May 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva and Joseph; and his daughter Elena. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Dayna (Steven), Karen (Jason) and Lauren (Glen); his grandchildren, Laurel (Brim), Brianna, Caitlyn, Logan, Ryley, Mackenzie and Molly; his sister Mary (Ken); his siblings-in-law, Larry (Liz), Rob and Janice (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Margareta (Peter), Michael (Stephanie), Garnet, Charles (Katie) and Chris (Chelsea); and his mother-in-law Gwen Smith.
In remembrance of Peter's life, at the family's request, donations can be made to the Village of Boyle, directed to Boyle and District Senior Citizens' Association, in his memory.
