She was predeceased by: her husband Michael; her son David; her parents, Alex Worobec and Oksenia Worobec; and her siblings, Walter, Bill, Michael, Ronald, Stanley, Sam and Doreen.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Shrode (Deb) of Cherhill, Andrew Shrode, Christina Shrode of Barrhead, Ronald Shrode (Rose) of Edmonton and Patricia Shrode (Larry) of Meadowview; her daughter-in-law Gina of Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Stephen Alexandra (Angela) of Easton, Livia, Brandi Grayson (Greg) of Grady, Emelyn, Patrick Brinley (Bobbi) of Jake, Michael Nathaniel (Jessica) of Brooklyn, Marcus (Janelle), Gregory Gavin (Ashley) of Greysen, Justin (Jen), Colin Wyatt (Suzan) of Brady, Spencer Ali (Janelle) of Hailey, Meagan, Ashley, Kyle (Alexandra), Zoe and Jordan; and her brother Emil. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, friends.

Donations in memory of Alice may be given to Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation; Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Lung Association.
