It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ames (Bashaw, Alberta), who passed away on April 19, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Ames to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Charlie; her parents, Peter Odegard and Dorothy Odegard; her brother Daniel; and her grandson Brant.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sharon (Stan) of Carstairs and Bev of Bashaw; her grandsons, Michael (Tracy), Evan (Alicia), Christopher and Julie; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Avery, Peyton, Dawson, Azlyn, Kadance, Crosby and Lachlan.

Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to Canadian Lutheran World Relief or the Meeting Creek Cemetery.
